Payments

  • All payments on RunOrbit are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • Prices for services, subscriptions, or programs are clearly displayed before checkout.

Subscription Plans

  • Some services may be offered on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment
    • Technical error during transaction
    • Service not delivered due to platform failure

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel subscriptions anytime.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.

Failed Transactions

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
